Service Limitations

• Appointment Times: While I strive to adhere to all scheduled appointment times, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or extreme weather conditions may cause delays or rescheduling. I appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
• Service Range: My services are available for Leicester and the surrounding areas. If your location is outside this range, please contact me to discuss potential arrangements.

Pricing and Quotes

• Estimate of Costs: All prices provided are approximations based on standard service requirements. Due to the varying size of vehicles and the level of soiling, the final cost may differ from the initial estimate. This is due to my additional time, effort and use of my products.
• Final Quote: An exact quote will be given only after a personal assessment of the vehicle’s condition. Any additional work required beyond the initial quotation will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.

Vehicle Condition

• Pre-existing Damage: I am not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. It is your responsibility to inform me of any known issues or areas of concern before the valeting process begins. I will not be held liable for any blame after your valeting service has been provided to you.
• Fragile Accessories: Please remove or inform me of any fragile accessories or customisation on your vehicle that may require special attention. (vinyl wraps/stickers etc)

Liability

• Service Performance: I aim to provide the highest quality valeting services, but I do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.
• Damage and Loss: While I take every precaution to protect your vehicle, I am not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle arising from factors beyond my control, such as defects in paintwork or materials, or pre-existing conditions.
• Personal Belongings: Please ensure you remove all valuable items from your vehicle before the service. I am not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. I am fully DBS checked and have a clear and honest conscience. I have been raised correctly and know right from wrong. I will not be blamed for the mis-location of any items you or family members/colleagues may have left in your vehicle/s.

Usage of Products

• Chemical Safety: I use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your vehicle and the environment. However, if you have any allergies or specific concerns about the products used, please inform me beforehand.
• Product Effects: Some cleaning products, though safe for use, may cause minor changes to certain surfaces. I am not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by the products used during the valeting process.

Weather Conditions

• Adverse Weather: Services may be impacted by adverse weather conditions. In such cases, I reserve the right to reschedule appointments to ensure both the safety and quality of the service provided.

Service Guarantee

• Customer Satisfaction: I strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service provided, please let me know immediately. I will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. I will not valet your vehicle for free and payment is required upfront for all new clients.

Changes to Services

• Modifications: I reserve the right to amend the services offered, pricing, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, any bookings confirmed before changes will be honored as per the original agreement.
